For individuals & families

Small classes. Never more than twelve people.

Live on video, from wherever you are. Nobody moves faster than the slowest person in the room, every session is recorded so you can watch it again, and the person teaching is a super-senior herself.

Small-group classes

Live on video, capped at twelve

The cap is the point. Twelve people means the person teaching knows your name and notices when you have lost the thread.

The short, urgent one. Hear real cloned voices and fake video calls, learn the handful of habits that defeat them, and set up a verification phrase with your own family before you need it.

  • Hear the current scams for yourself
  • The one question that stops a cloned-voice call
  • What to do in the first hour if it has happened
  • A checklist to give the rest of your family

AI for your health, money & family

  • Making sense of a medical bill or benefits letter
  • Preparing questions before a doctor’s appointment
  • Organising documents and photographs
  • Staying in touch on the platforms they use

One person, one hour, one problem

Often arranged by an adult child who lives a long way away and wants someone patient and trustworthy sitting with their parent. In-home visits available across Dallas–Fort Worth.

$175 60 minutes, by video

One hour, one problem. Bring whatever is in front of you and we will work through it together, at your pace, as many times as it takes.

  • No preparation needed

Set up Mom safely

$450

One-off, roughly three hours

Usually arranged by an adult child. I sit with your parent, get their devices into a safe and sensible state, walk them through the current scams aimed at them, and send you a written summary of what we did.

  • Scam protections reviewed and explained
  • A plain-English summary sent to you

Annual concierge

$1,200 per year

A standing monthly check-in plus email access in between, for families who would rather have someone already familiar with their setup than start over each time something changes.

Questions people actually ask

I’m not good with computers. Is this going to be over my head?

No. Every session assumes you know nothing and asks nothing of you in advance. There is no test, no homework, and no point at which anyone moves faster than the slowest person in the room. That is the whole design.

There are free AI classes. Why would I pay?

Sometimes you shouldn’t — the free options listed on this site are genuinely good and I recommend them without reservation. What you get here is a group capped at twelve, a person who knows your name, and someone the same age as you answering the question you were embarrassed to ask.

Do you come to us, or is it online?

Both. In person anywhere in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and virtually anywhere in the United States. Virtual sessions cost less and can reach several of your locations at the same time.

We have residents with a wide range of ability. Does that work?

It is the normal case, not the exception. The material is built in layers so the confident people stay interested while nobody else gets stranded. Thirty years of writing technical documentation is largely what taught me to do that.

What does a session cost for our organization?

It depends on format, travel and whether it’s a one-off or a series. Tell me what you’re planning and you’ll get a straight number the same week — no proposal process and no pressure.

Will you fix my printer?

No, and I’d be doing you a disservice by trying. I teach; I don’t do device repair. I’m happy to point you to someone who does.
